3） 包装箱接缝处必须有铅封或火漆封志，封志要完好，封志上要有托运人的特别印记。

4） 包装箱的长、宽、高之和不得小于40 厘米。

5） 外包装上必须使用挂签，不得使用贴签或其它粘贴物。托运人应在外包装上清楚地写明收货人、托运人的姓名、地址、电话。货物外包装上不得有任何显示货物性质的标志。

6） 包装箱内必须放有衬垫物，保证箱内物品不致移动和相互碰撞。

7） 在货运单货物品名栏内详细填写贵重物品的具体名称、净重或内装数量以及包装件的尺寸。同时，在储运注意事项栏内注明“贵重物品”字样。
